My friend is experiencing a pull in his right hand and part of his face is also having the same symptoms, what does this end up to? Is this a nerve problem ?

pulling force or twitch in muscle of face or hand it may be due to fasciculation. it originates from muscle. some time it may be normal. if u have associated symptoms or any other history then contact neurologist.
