Hi, My wife has a right ovary endometric cyst.. Cyst size measured as 6.9×5.4cms. Is this normal?!?! Can any of you experts suggest what to be done next?!?

No its not... U should consult your gynaecologist and try for medical management for 6 months and if it does not work then move to surgical removal procedure
