Right Chest pain

I am having right side chest, which come and go for a short time, not that much heavy pain a light pain continuing with some gas trouble in stomach, feeling of something stuck in left side throat. In feb 2021 i had done ECG and TMT which were both normal , no problem in report. But this chest pain in right side makes me worry. Please guide me in this regard, whether it is a heart realted or acidity. Can acidity causes pain in right side chest?

It's probably Dyspepsia. Is chest pain associated with burps/stomach burn/chest burn? Does pain radiates to hand or leg? Any history of diarrhoea or constipation. Get an ecg done. Need to start on Tab. Zivi dsr Syp. Digene Syp. Pankreoflat Diet modification
