Right cheek mussels is hard and left is thin when i check with my hand i really feel right side is hard but sometime it show both are same

If you eat some sort of tobacco or anything like that ... U can feel thatthe muscles of cheeks are hardened of have fibrosed But if nothing of that sort , then u don't need to worry , it is normal
