May I know the reason for right back head pain next to ear in this picture.it feels more when I am hungry , stressed & tension. I sometime feel hangover or tired mentally. I have existing Acid reflux issue which includes lower throat pain as well for which I am taking medicine.

It could be due to tension headache or cervical ....tb zerodol-MR 1 BD for 3 days...neck exercises...tb pan 40 BD for few days
