In 2021 Impression - Right Adnexal Cyst Cystic Lesion seen in Right Adnexa touching right ovary. 20th August 2021 86x54x40 mm.. 16th September 2021 71x39x53 mm.. 27th October 2021 72x42x55 mm.. 26th November 2021 59x45x71 mm.. __________________ In 2022 Impression - Right Adnexal Cyst Cystic Lesion seen in Right Adnexa exteding into POD. 8th September 2022 103x70x52 mm.. Is it cure by medicine or go for operation? If operation, then is it by open surgery or laproscopy? Approximately estimate of this treatment..

First of all few tumor markers need to be done to differentiate between a benign and a malignant tumor. According to the results further treatment can be planned. CA 125, HE4, CEA, CA 19.9 needs to be done first. Also other USG features need to be mentioned I.e. any solid area, septations, any other lesion etc.

Hi Better to go for laparoscopic cystectomy Also get a CT done and tumour markers Ca 125 , LDH , HE4 CEA CA 19 9
