Ribcage and sternum pain on press

I have cervical spondylitis. Back pain I have. Now I am facing ribcage pain also. Hand pain leg pain also, sometimes  numbness.Went to Orthopaedic for ribcage pain. But he said it's fibromyalgia. But he didn't prescribed for any kind of pathological test. Is it muscular pain? How do I understand? Lungs xray and MRI I did last year. Pl guide.
