Rib pain left side

Im having pain in my left rib few inches below the breast. Since yesterday the pain has increased. It's dull and aching,pain while coughing or even laughing. There is tenderness present too. I had no history of any trauma or fall.

It looks like muscular pain. Consult a doctor to rule out any cardiac problem
