Rib cage pain
Hi, the pain started on the sternum area and cartilage. Slowly the pain started happening on the entire rib cage. Now its 2 months, i have constant rib pain. Sleeping on side and on back, twisting, deep breathing, coughing all are making my rib pain intense. Day to day life is being interrupted. Can't sleep properly, can't laugh loudly, can't bend. What are the causes as i am thinking that maybe it's something serious abd it's freaking me out as during lockdown no OPDs are open.

Rib cage pain is due to harmonal changes in a female around menstruation. It will be alright by taking vitamin E and evening primrose oil.
