Sometimes patients with RA use to have negative reports. But there can be some other reasons of your problem like gouty arthritis with increased uric acid level.A few patients had pain only in wrist & hand along with some weakness and pain in legs because of nerve compression in cervical region(cervical spondylosis).
Next Steps
Visit an experienced physiotherapist ,get it diagnosed, get proper physio treatment is the best step.Go for uric acid investigation too.
Health Tips
Sit tall avoid neck bending,Do frequent finger and wrist movements avoid prolonged sitting or travelling, avoid manual exertion.....Control your uric acid level by avoiding a protein diet (if increased)+hand strengthening exercises+full range of motion exercises....Get Well Soon!

There is a phenomenon called sero-negative RA. Blood tests are normal but pt has symptoms. Not abnormal or unusual. But symptoms may be less than positive pts. There is plenty of medication but no complete remedy. V treat only the symptoms. Life style adaptations matter a lot. Meet me if possible by taking appointment on practo.
