Rheumatoid arthritis or osteoporosis

I have been diagnosed for Rheumatoid arthritis but tests such as hla b27, hcv etc hv been found negative but still doctor from Ganga ram hospital Sri ved chaturvedi prescribed medications for RA. Doctors from spine injury center Delhi said its transient osteoporosis and suggesting not to have RA medication as they are harmful to kidneys. Now I am in dilemma whom to follow. I am 21 yrs old, gender female

Diagnosis of RA is made through a proper scoring system, and no one single test can be used to diagnose it or rule it out. So only through a proper history, physical examination and radiological and serological investigations can one come to a conclusion whether you have RA or not
