Hi, First Pregnancy Currently 25th week pregnancy mine B negative and husband O positive. 6th week of pregnancy ICT is negative so, now when to take ICT test its  precious pregnancy so getting worried, ICT negative means still do I need to take Rhlg injection in 28 weeks. And baby movement from 24 th week onwards started seeing but 2 days will be noticeable and 2 days like not much noticeable or not sure wht to do. Thanks in advance.

Hi Any risk factors in your pregnancy right now? Taking any other medication? ICT negative at 16wks Need to get repeated at 28wks If again negative some people will give anti d in 9th month itself but some will give after delivery checking the baby blood group If baby blood group is positive they will give if not they will not give

You said that it is your first pregnancy. You also said that it is a precious pregnancy. These days every pregnancy is precious but if you mention it as "precious" there should be some special reason like prolonged infertility or repeated abortions. As far as ICT is concerned you should get it at 28 weeks. You will take Rholin or Rhlg injection ONLY if the ICT is negative. You don't take it if the ICT is positive.
