You should not be worried!some small caries won’t be evident In X-ray s, May be in clinical examination it show as pits.and fissures(grooves on teeth) You should get it filled by dentist as soon as possible, also maintain a good oral hygiene, brush twice daily.
Next Steps
Visit a good dentist, and all the cavities should be filled as soon as possible.
Health Tips
Do scaling of teeth regularly, twice in a year(6months).or atleast once in a year.

hello maam, its adviceable to get fillings done .Cavities ledt untreated may cause more damage to teeth leading to nerve infection.Treatment for such cases will be root canal.Filling of teeth is any time better then root canal treatment.
Next Steps
Visit your nearby dentist.
