Body does not relax. Muscles are always contracted. Body does not relax in sleep. I tend to move my legs involuntarily when I try to sleep.  When I wake up in middle of the night for washroom I can feel my body is totally contracted especially my legs, stomach and brain. Fatigue and sleepy in the morning. Feel heavy and bloated after having meals. Sometimes in the morning I can fell my body relaxes in bed after small work. But unable to fall asleep. I have been to Nims for psychiatry, Asian institute of gastroenterology, neurologist at my home town, my family doctor. Nothing is positive. I have pretty strong sleeping time. It's 12am to 8am. No concentration. Please help me as I have been facing this for the past 5 years. I am a product photographer. And I love my job with no stress in it. No family issues either.
