Hi respected sir r mam.
I was getting burning sensation or irritate on gums.
I was applying mucopain oitnment ,
It's was better.
Can u suggest me some tablet plz it will help full for me.
And I have a vitamin b12 is 117
Vitamin d is 10.8
It can affect vitamin gums also r not may I know.
Plz suggest some tablet it will help for.

Deficiencies of vit d and b12 can because burning. Reduce stress. Avoid smoking , alcohol and spicy foods and extreme temperatures. Unfortunately there are not many medications. Any reflux can also cause burning. You may see an oral medicine specialist for topical creams and a clinical examination

Hello, burning sensation is a different thing and gum irritation is a different part . U need to give proper history since how long its their , any habbit of smoking or tobacco or kharra chewing etc .so u need to consultan oral medicine and radiologist. I'm an Oral Medicine and radiologist , u can send d picks of ur gums as well as oral cavity so that I could find out wat is it , wats the cause behind it and how we can cure it accordingly.
