I m practising dance 3 days a week. For the past few weeks I m experiencing pain in my heels. I m not able to walk few steps immediately after standing up. Please help me to continue my dancing passion. Are there any exercises to be done to be free from pain..?
It is diagnosed as plantar fasciitis, u need to follow some steps
1) soft footwear application like MCR SLIPPERS
2) follow physiotherapy exercise like plantar fascia stretching exercises, which u can search in YouTube
3) and for pain relief take PAINKILLERS
