BP medicines are for long term...keep BP 130 /80
Ecosprin may have no role in her case and can be stopped..review with doctor who prescribed it..
Check for co.morbidities like diabetes, thyroid etc
Do lipid profile and if deranged statins indicated for primary prevention..

Echo report is quiet okay. As hypertension is a chronic disease like Diabetes, hypertension cannot be cured by taking by medicine for 1 to month. Hypertension can only be controlled with medicine and most of the time, antihypertensive medicines are for long term.
