Due to fall from two wheeler u had a head injury that lead to blood clot in brain. U need to more cautious and observing the small sings and symptoms like fits, vomittings, and decreases alertness. U have to start on fits medication too. Star on tab LEVIPIL 500xr twice daily for 2-3months. If anything goes wrong please consult immediate neurosurgeon consultation
