I underwent Proctectomy+IPAA+covering loop ileostomy on 01st Nov 2019..I did an abdominal x Ray today,Im currently having crampy abdominal pain and stoma output problem..Kindly see the reports and tell me whether there is any obstruction in the report or not?please help me...

Consult Now
Dilated bowel loop may or may not mean some partial obstruction. Or pseudo-obstruction. Not significant enough to say instruction. Some dye study may help in differentiating further or ct scan.
