Hi...surgery for Endoscopic Septoplasty depends on how severe are the symptoms of the patient. If there is persistent nasal obstruction, nasal discharge & difficulty in breathing, especially at night...it is best to go ahead with the surgery. If there are symptoms of sneezing and persistent nasal discharge... evaluation for allergies is also required. Meet an ENT specialist and get proper evaluation done.

There's a spur to left and right concha bullosa. But unless she has recurrent nasal obstruction and headache, there is no need to worry.
Get a diagnostic nasal endoscopy done. That will help in further management.
