Your report shows a possible urinary tract infection (UTI) with yeast and RBCs in urine, which can cause weakness, leg/stomach pain, and vomiting. ESR 24 indicates some inflammation. CBC 10.4 (if it's hemoglobin) may suggest mild anemia. It’s important to treat the infection and identify the cause. Please consult Me at the earliest for a full evaluation and treatment. Homoeopathy can help in managing such conditions holistically after detailed case-taking.

Hi! I went through your report. Here's a quick summary: 🔹 Hemoglobin 10.4 – A bit low, may be causing your weakness. 🔹 ESR 24 – Suggests mild infection or inflammation. 🔹 Urine test shows yeast & RBCs – Could be a fungal infection or urinary tract issue. Your complaints of leg pain, stomach pain, vomiting, and weakness could be due to this. What you can do: 🔸 Drink 3–4 liters of water daily. 🔸 Avoid sugar and spicy food. 🔸 Maintain proper personal hygiene. 🔸 Eat dates, greens, jaggery to improve strength --- Homoeopathic medicines can help naturally without side effects. For best results, a full case discussion is needed. Let me know if you’d like to start treatment online or visit the clinic. 🩺 Take care! Feel better soon. – Dr. R. Muralikrishnan BHMS – Homoeopathic Consultant Pravin HomoeoCare, Salem

Hello! Based on your reports, a few things need attention. Your urine test shows the presence of yeast, which could indicate a urinary yeast infection (fungal UTI) — especially if you have symptoms like burning urination, discomfort, or frequent urges. There are also RBCs (1–2/HPF) and pus cells (7–9/HPF), suggesting inflammation or mild infection in the urinary tract. The slightly acidic pH, increased epithelial cells, and slightly turbid urine support this as well. Your CBC shows low hemoglobin (10.4 g/dL), which can cause weakness and fatigue, and an elevated ESR (24) may indicate ongoing inflammation or infection in the body. Your complaints of leg pain, stomach pain, and vomiting may be linked to infection or other issues like gastritis, anemia, or possible systemic fungal involvement. I strongly recommend you undergo further evaluation — including a blood sugar test, pelvic ultrasound, and a culture test of urine — and start appropriate treatment. Homeopathy can help address both infection and underlying weakness in a holistic manner. Please don’t ignore these symptoms — timely diagnosis and treatment are important.

Your hemoglobin (Hb) level is 10.4 g/dL, which is below normal, indicating mild anemia, a common cause of fatigue and weakness. Your ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) is elevated at 24 mm/hr, which signals ongoing inflammation or infection in the body. Most notably, your urine test shows the presence of yeast, RBCs, and pus cells, which strongly suggests a urinary tract infection (UTI) with possible fungal involvement. These findings can definitely explain your symptoms of leg pain, stomach discomfort, vomiting, and weakness.
Next Steps
You should consult a physician immediately to confirm and treat the urinary infection, especially since yeast is present. A urine culture and possibly a pelvic ultrasound may be needed to identify the source and severity of infection. If left untreated, UTIs—especially fungal ones—can spread or worsen. For anemia, further testing like serum iron, B12, and ferritin may be advised. Depending on those levels, treatment may include iron or B12 supplements, dietary adjustments, and hydration support. Avoid self-medication, as fungal infections need specific antifungal treatment.
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water, avoid sugary or spicy foods, and maintain personal hygiene. Wear cotton undergarments and avoid using any perfumed soaps or intimate washes until the infection clears. Pain in the legs could be related to both anemia and the ongoing infection. Weakness will likely improve once the infection and nutritional deficiencies are corrected. Please don’t delay treatment, as worsening symptoms could require hospitalization.
