Repeated Vaginal Yeast Infection

Problem of repeated vaginal infection 2 times within 20 days. Firstly treated using clindamycin vaginal suppositories, then my partner also caused similar infection after some days. And waiting to cure for both...after 9-10 days..again after intercourse, it was vaginal discharge for next 2 days...and after waiting for 7-8 days further for intercourse, Yeast Infection is prompt. but partner dont have Yeast Infection. How can we treat this infection permanently, how it is caused...?

once you take the treatment..again follow up with your doctor for clinical examination..and if any residual infection persists she ll give you the treatment so that it does not happen again and again
