Hello sir .. as you have already Seen a physiotherapist for the same .. you should go through all the exercises which your Physio would have suggested you to avoid recurrences..
Recurrences are common when you either over do an activity which you had not done before.
Pls take care of your posture or the kind of pillow you use as sometimes a change in it can let to pain
Trapezius ms spasm is usually recurrent if you don't stretch your ms properly or don't take breaks after prolonged sitting .
