Hello sir,  treatment depends on the kind of scar (atrophic or hypertrophic),  how old it is,  treatment that u hav already taken etc Different treatment modalities includes starting from just topical creams to local injection,  Dermabrasion,  lasers,  cryosurgery to scar excision. Many a time we need to take a combined approach.  But don't wait to consult your Dermatologists.  Earlier is better.
