My son is having fever since 3 days.he is vomiting what ever he eats.please suggest a remedy for vomiting

Try giving him anti emetic syrup or tablet like Ondem or Zofer. If not subsiding i suggest you to get him a shot of emeset injection which will completely resolve the issue of vomiting
