Every relationship is stable by there pillers-love,understanding and trust. U both lack each of them.If u have to build it again then talk to each other. Share ur thoughts,discuss ur problems to each other.
Some in a relationship a bad is may come but if u love together then u have to fight together itself.
Dont fight with each other, fight with the problems, take side of each other.
U dobt need psychiatrist, u need psychologist for ur understanding problems.
To deal worse situations in life we have to learn some positive coping skills which will help us,and it is learnd from after proper discussion with psychologist.
