Mam I am missing periods from 4 months and I am sexually active before 4 months no intercourse in these four months I took upt got negative and after I took regestrone for three days and got withdrawl bleeding is there any chance of pregnancy or can I confirm I am not pregnant

If u got bleeding then no chance of pregnancy. But reason for missing periods for 4 months needs to be investigated. If u have doubt do a simple home based urine pregnancy test
