Regular periods but no bleeding

I'm 30 years old female got married in December this year I am having regular periods cycle with bleeding cycle for 2 days..but from last 3 months I am facing problem of just spotting instead of bleeding during my menstrual cycle..I am just thinking to start a family... please guide me

Your lining of the uterus (endometrium) is not adequately developed to cause bleeding during the period. It is because of deficiency of female hormones. I suggest you should get your lower abdomen Sonography done around day 20 of the cycle. Depending on the development of endometrium we may have to do blood test for Oestrogen and Progesterone and some other hormones.
