My age is 16.5 and my weight is 80 kg , my height is 5'7. I have been working out in gym for one month . What my regular macro intake should be if I want to loose fat and what it should be if I lost fat and want to build muscle . Please tell me how much protein,carbs.. I have to take to loose weight and after loosing weight how much I have to take to gain muscles..
