My mother always complains she is getting joint pain and unable to claim stair case, whenever she claims stairs she feel like breathe holding and tired, she sleeps almost 12 hour's frequently in day and night time, tired feeling always, please suggest any home medication,

Hello...good morning.. Joint paint can be due to arthritis( age-related) but breathlessness during claiming upstairs is something that has to be investigated as early as possible. Thank you
