I am having regular fever from last 3 days whenever I take medicine I'm good for few hours after that it repeats again and again even I'm feeling this much tired that when I use to sit on a chair and my back get it touch with chair it feels like someone is pinching and entire body pains like I'm also feeling very less energy not able to work
