Regular bleeding

Hi doctor My period was due on 27 October. But it came on 3 rd November for one day. And after 3 rd November again started from 5 November but some spotting and blood clots were there not heavy but slow and steady . Only one pad per day is being used. But till now it has not been stopped. Now blood clot stopped but bleeding is on. I went to hospital yesterday . Urine pregnancy test was negative. Even TVS ultrasound shows nothing. But bleeding is not stopping. And doctor gave medicine Ethamsylate 250 mg tablets. I have taken 3 doase of it till now. But bleeding not stopping. What can I do now. My hb level is 11.3 . So what could be reason . Pls suggest me.

How old is your younger child ? Do you have any history of similar bleeding in the past ? This seems to be hormonal disturbance because all your reports are normal.
