Regatding infection

I am sending photo,this is my second molar of left side.please advice is infection reached in the pulp of second molar.i will decide my treatment plan according to infection

The attached X-ray do not show second molar. Regarding your first molar,according to X-ray,yes it might require Root canal treatment but need to evaluate it clinically. You should get it treated now irrespective of how much the infection is.
Next Steps
Visit a local dentist and get it Physically evaluated followed by treatment required,as soon as possible.

Rct for the molars. Fillings will not be much use. The caries is extensive and also present in multiple places.

Hi, The tooth decay is close to the pulp. It is better to evaluate the tooth clinically and decide if it has to undergo Filling or Root Canal treatment.
