Regarding whey intake

I work out daily with dumbbells and resistance bands for over 1.2 hours. I'm taking MuscleBlaze Biozyme Whey protein. Is it safe for me? I stay at pg, so I can't get proper protein from my food source .I don't have any known medical conditions
