Regarding weight iftar queries

Hlo sir or mam plz guide me to achieved a healthy weight goal yesterday after eating iftar 3 banana 1 full plates mix fruits  platers and beetroot carrot mix juice 1 glass  and 2 dates I check my weight it was 600 gram I gained it in evening after doing iftar and today after kepting fasting I just check my weight now by doing fasting I check my weight it was  now 300 gram weight I lost is it normal to lose weight in ramzan time I want to gain my weight fast So from everyday of my diet I'm planing to take 4 banana 🍌 1 big mix fruits platers with 3 dates and beetroot carrot mix juice and after taking 3 banana and dates eating in iftar  1 handful 5 almonds cashewnut 5  with can I have 1 full glass of fat milk everyday in iftar time it will not have any side effects na and everyday in night consuming 2 egg omelette If I eat 1 months 3 banana with 1 glass milk how much weight can I gain it in months

Hello, It is okay to consume banana,dates and nuts but make sure that you are taking some protein options for both ifthar and sehri like egg,chicken,sprouts.also try to include healthy carbs like oats,wheat etc
