Vitamin D3 level 19 deficiency; 28 still insufficient. 60,000 IU once weekly is safe when prescribed and does NOT cause artery calcification at this dose.

Hello, No! It will not cause calcification. This is preferable and safe dosing of vitamin D3, and due to cautious dosing and scheduling it is less likely to develop adverse effect.
