In old days there used to be a practice in village areas. They ( Qualified gynecologists )put air via empty syringe at the mouth of cervix of uterus and then push the air. If sound passes in fallopian tube area that's lower left hypochondriac or lower right hypochondriac region means fallopian tubes are intact. Any of side sound absent means that side tube is blocked.(sound can be heard via stethoscope put on abdominal area)But with newer concepts that test is no longer practiced. I forgot the name of the test but i have witnessed this type of practice in rural areas.
