My mother suffefing low bp today we went to hospital and taking bp checking her bp 100/80 and she thyroid patient tsh 0.21 present she taking 50 mcg tab

Above mentioned reading of your mother's BP is within normal limits. Although one reading of BP, can't indicate whether patient is suffering from hypotension or hypertension. Continue same treatment for thyroid.
