Sir, Actually I got my finger slightly cut by pin affixed with table.The wound is not deep.It is now more than 3 days I don't get any anti tetanus shot.As I am out of station now and market was closed on that day.Previously I took anti tetanus shot in the year 2013. Now I am in town. Shall I take vaccine tomorrow?Or is it too late. Till now I have no problem but I am very much anxious and thinking about it all time. Even can't sleep because of anxiety. Sir please help

It's too late. After 72 hours of injury no use. Transmission shot covers immunity for 10 years. So no worries for small cuts. In future and fyi. Tell everyone as well. Take teanaus vaccine within 72 hours. One vaccine covers for 10 years, but in case of bad and dirty wound injuries they are repeated.
