Vitamins appears to be ineffective for preventing or reducing the occurrence of the viral infection but it does appear to slightly reduce the duration of infection. Vitamins do have toxicity when taken for a long duration above the required range.

Hi there Even world health organization has not even told that multivitamin can prevent covid 19. Dont take any medicine unnecessarily. The best source to increase immunity is regular free hand exercise and moderate gym .😊

Dear Ma’am There is no data to suggest that taking multivitamins will prevent covid19. There is no side effect for long term use. However do check how much sugar the tablets have. Also if you want to prevent covid19, please wear a mask and practice strict hand hygiene with soap and water when possible otherwise use an alcohol based hand sanitizer.
Next Steps
Continue tablets
