Hello I m suffering from sleeping problem.i already suffered from maigren and hyperacidity.but now a days I am suffering from sleeping problem because of hypertension.when I go for sleep,I didn't get sleep whole night.so is there any solution and treatment for me?

Dont take so much stress trying to be happy and divert your mind....you should consult to a psychologist.
