Regarding semen and urine

Sir when I masterbate I feel that when semen comes out it comes with an inflammation just upwards towards the left side of penis. It feels like urine will come in place of semen but comes semen very thin and penis also don't get hard during masterbation. Low sex desire please suggest me proper advise I already consulted a urologist but not fully satisfied

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You my friend need to stop using the word inflammation without knowing the meaning of it. Anyways, for the solution to your problems, quit masturbating for a week or two and you should be fine. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
