Recently I have been diagnosed with thyroid with a level of 7.64 my concern of wether I have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism???

Probably you have your TSH 7.64. And mention any problem if you have. BP and pulse. Any enlargement of thyroid gland?

Probably you are talking about TSH values, which according to this report, falls in category of subclinical hypothyroidism. This report alone doesn't warrant any treatment as of now. We need to follow up after 6 months.

You should mention completely . There are 3 values in thyroid test T3, T4 and TSH . You have not mentioned which either of the 3 ur value is 7.64

If it's TSH tat is 7.64 and u have no complaints and symptoms. No need to treat it with medicine but will require a repeat sample 3 months later . Tsh of 7.64 is subclinical hypothyroidism . Only symptomatic patients will require treatment
