Sir i got late to get rabies booster dose I was previously vaccinated 8 months ago with ARV course...The dog who scratched my finger is alive and well. My question is when it's too late to get rabies vaccine.. I read in a article that before developing symptoms its not too late is this true??

No need for vaccination. But yes it's too late for vaccination now. Don't worry you are safe for now. But remember to start Rabies vaccination as soon as possible and Don't wait for the dog to observe for 10-15 days.

If it is  8 months after the scratch and dog is still alive and healthy then you don't need treatment.  If the  Dog  was infected with rabies it would have died by now. So you don't need any rabies vaccination.
