She delivered(dec 2020) our second girl baby exactly one year ago still she didn't get her periods. But for our first girl baby, she got her periods within three months after her delivery(March 2019). What will be the reason behind this. Can anyone pls clarify. Thanks in advance.

Might be lactational amenorrhea, it is the most common reason. Next could be due to hormonal imbalances or pregnancy

It can be due to lactation. Every pregnancy is different, we can not compare the two. It's been 1 year now so she can consult and take the medicine for her periods.
