Regarding pectus shaped chest

Doctors from my born my lower chest compressed it's un flated went see doctors they said Pectus typed...I m not feel comfortable..now a days if I tried to deep breath inhale exhale I can feel stomach noises and water content noises ...I noticed few years back...is this due to diaphragm compression ?..I have doubts but if I ask other they don't hear their own stoma h sound ...
