Regarding paracetamol drops

Hi Sir/Madam , My 2 and 1/2 months baby was given vaccination today and she got affected with fever, so i gave paracetamol drops 1ml thrice and this is No.improvment. So I want to know whether i can give paracetamol tablet now instead of drops.? waiting for reply.. Thanks in advance.
