Regarding normal delivery

Im primi with 38 weeks pregnant had cervical cerclage due to subseptate uterus and removed stitch at 38 weeks all reports are normal but my doctor is saying due to 2 uterus u may not get adequate contractions so normal delivery chances are 0 percent we ll wait till due date ... Is it really soo this type of uterus cant give good contractions ??? Please suggst ?

Be prepared for both modes of delivery. Ultimate goal should be safe mother and child and not normal delivery. Even people with normal uterus don't deliver normal these days. So don't have a bias towards normal delivery. Trust your doctor and follow advice diligently to avoid any unnecessary complications.

Hi generally subseptate uterus will have un equal uterine muscle distribution some cases. So it might effect the distribution of contractions as well. We can't say zero percent normal delivery. With risk we can try

It's not like that u have 0 chance of normal delivery. In fact u have a good chance of normal delivery but if contractions are inadequate and progress is slow that may happen...... U may land up for emergency section. U must be prepared for this
