Hi Dr, I will be suffering from upper abdomen pain on both left and right ... it pains like burning and needling on upper abdomen muscle . I have attached ultrasound scan report. Please let me if any major issues need to be treated on priority. Report says as below: 1.Grade 1 fatty liver - Dose it causes any major health issues 2.Right renal calculus with minimal hydronephrosis 3.Left renal microfiche 4.Epigastric probe tenderness
