You should get your BMI done. If it is normal then you should go for some physical activity every day. You should spend about one hour on physical activity. It can be jogging, rope skipping, playing games like Badminton and Volleyball, going for long walks, stretching exercises and weights which can be done at home.
Your diet should contain about 50 gm proteins. Proteins should be from natural sources. You can take whey protein also but natural protein will be better.
Calorie intake should be 10% more than the calculated amount.
You should consult a General Physician and a Gynaecologist periodically.
